Hey! I'm Carlisle, and
I help wellness brands build social strategies that work
without selling their souls (or their Sundays).
without selling their souls (or their Sundays).
I didn’t take the traditional route into this industry.
I grew up at the poverty line, landed a Pell Grant to attend a state school, and got my start in marketing by producing As Seen On TV commercials that (still) air at 2am on local TV.
From there, I rewrote my résumé to pitch myself as a content marketer-- because if there’s one thing I know how to do, it’s sell a story.
That skill took me from odd jobs to employee #13 at SmileDirectClub, where I helped scale organic social strategy across 250+ stores and three continents, generating $12M+ in net revenue from organic social in just one year.
Then I joined Ancient Nutrition's marketing team, helping to bring 50+ products to market on social, and growing their digital community to over 3 million with a 20% engagement rate.
Today, I consult and freelance with wellness startups on social strategy and speak at ecommerce events across the country.
My whole deal? Bringing the soul back to social media.
Because your strategy should reflect your values. Your systems should scale. And your content should connect... with real people, not just the algorithm.
If you’re ready to build a marketing plan that’s clear, confident, and rooted in purpose, then I’d love to help.
If you’ve ever felt like most wellness social media marketing is icky or inauthentic, you’re not alone.
I help health and wellness brands ditch the scare tactics, trust their data, and show up on social with purpose.
Through clear strategy, smart systems, and a little unlearning, I turn “ugh, content” into connection that actually converts.
Women-owned businesses generate nearly $1.9 trillion a year in revenue, and yet they’re still underestimated in ecommerce.
I’m here to change that.
Through marketing that feels good and actually works, I help women-led wellness brands grow with integrity, clarity, and connection.
Not just louder, but smarter.
Not just bigger, but bolder.
Because the future of wellness isn’t built on hype. It’s built on values, strategy, and founders who give a damn.
I believe good marketing should do more than sell. It should connect, include, and actually mean something.
Here’s what that looks like in my work:
I grew up at the poverty line and I’ve navigated mental health challenges since I was seven. So, yeah—I care about access, responsibility, and building brands that don’t just thrive but do good along the way.
My goal? Make values-driven marketing not just possible, but profitable, sustainable, and genuinely effective for every founder who wants to build with intention.
